Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how our return process works:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase/delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

2. Important Return Requirement

To ensure a smooth return process, you must record a video while opening the parcel.
This video must clearly show the condition of the item upon opening.
Returns without this video will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@india-dealz.com to request a return authorization.
Include your Order Number and Reason for Return in your message.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and the video evidence, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new orderfor the desired item.

7. No Returns or Refunds on Certain Products

Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Innerwear, socks/tights, personal care products

  • Items sold under “Final Sale” or Clearance

  • Garage Tools & Equipment (Strictly No Return or Refund)
